We often get asked if we can accept orders from outside Australia for delivery to an Australian address (this is often for gift purposes). Our primary answer to this is - Sorry No. We are an Australian business serving Australian customers within Australia ONLY.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause however this is to avoid risks and fraud which would increase our prices significantly. If you are overseas and really wish to make a purchase through our business and have it delivered to an Australian address as a gift or similar reason then we invite you to correspond with us prior to placing an order so that alternative payment arrangements can be made instead.
If you place an order from outside Australia or have an overseas delivery address, or are using a non-Australian credit card then your order will be halted, not processed, will be cancelled at our sole discretion, and the cardholder will be refunded after 30 days.
If there is a manufacturer or other statutory protected issue that causes you to wish a refund then please contact us directly to discuss how we may assist you with this in the simplest and most expedient way possible.
If you place an order that is using a non-Australian credit card, or you order from an IP address outside Australia, or the credit card address is outside Australia, or the delivery address is outside Australia, or your transaction is flagged as High Risk by our fraud detection systems; then your order will be suspended, reviewed manually, and if not manually cleared will be cancelled at our sole discretion and fully refunded after 30 days or earlier at our discretion or that of our bank.
